“Easy to use, has increased awareness of FFT and boosted returns. Positive impact!”
“Organisations that have gone live have seen on average a 300% increase in submissions!”
As part of our ongoing mobile application strategy we have launched our fully responsive Friends & Family Test (FFT), Patient Experience (PEQ) and Equality & Diversity (EDM) solution.
We took our current GP practice offering used for collecting web based online and paper FFT submissions and have built on this concept to not only provide an FFT solution but also PEQ and EDM questionnaires for other healthcare organisations including Acute, Mental Health and Community based Trusts, offering both a mobile app and a web based solution.
The new look product caters for the needs of varying Organisations, capturing specific feedback specific to a speciality such as a Division and Services or Teams each of which may have varying Patient Experience and Equality and Diversity questionnaire requirements.
The product is available as an internet based solution, or can be downloaded direct to corporate devices. Mobile devices are also able to capture results offline whilst not connected to a network then synchronised back to the server when connected.
The product also comes with a suite of reports enabling administrators to report on submissions and can also alert administrators to extreme responses.
Our fantastic new solution is already live and collecting good quality feedback in healthcare settings such as Community Health Services, Families, Young People and Children’s Services and Mental Health Services.

Congratulations to the FFT mobile app team who were runners up at this year’s Patient Experience Network National Awards for the category: FFT & Patient Insight- Accessibility!
The PEN Awards are a fantastic day. So many inspiring presentations on the fantastic work being done by our other healthcare piers. We were so happy to be announced as the runners up in our category, especially for something focusing on accessibility.
Mobile Application Development
Here at LHIS we pride ourselves on our ability to use the latest technology available to help our customers make improvements, and efficiencies in their organisation, or to their customers!
This is a prime example of that ethos. Mobile application technology may seem out of reach to many organisations, however this is not the case. As you can see from the apps we have now made available on the Apple and Google Play Store, mobile app technology can be used for many things from simplifying and improving business as usual activities, such as patient communication and education, to enabling tools such as wireless availability.
This is a definite growth area for the industry, people are accessing information when and where they want to, and mobile apps allows you to target this audience directly, in the comfort of their own home, on the bus, or as an additional tool to be used in consultation with a customer/patient.
Do you have an idea for an app? Contact a member of our team today and we will use our expertise and experience to turn your idea into reality!
Mobile App development is a real growth area for LHIS, and it will be exciting to see how this area develops.
