The HISelms solution has been developed to provide a single comprehensive Electronic Learning Management Solution (eLMS). HISelms is a flexible solution, which can support any organisation that aspires to have an integrated approach to the management and reporting of its training programmes. A scalable solution, HISelms is capable of supporting large learning and training programmes, allowing delegates to log on using a Single Sign on (SSO) and register themselves electronically for courses.

Multiple training departments can be set up with their own course catalogues. Trainers are provided with an easy to use system for managing courses, venues, sessions and delegates. Comprehensive electronic reporting is included providing training and evaluation data for management purposes.

– Managers are able to track courses that staff are attending through a dashboard and authorized attendance on a course.
